To the original question:

If there are over 22 thousand pages of Tax Code and if
a Direct Tax in unconstitutional, how can anyone get
the right answer?

I seriously doubt if even the judges and the IRS
themselves fully understand the true meaning of these
vague and misleading codes .

How does one obtain the correct answer in regards to
Tax?

I am not sure the tax code is 22,000 pages, but what is
it that you define as the "right" answer?

The tax code is pretty clear as to who owes taxes, and
the DOJ has been accumulating "case law," in the form
of "wins" over hapless people who do not know how to
defend themselves.

You might want to rethink your doubt if even the judges
and the IRS themselves fully understand the true meaning
of these vague and misleading codes.

If you were to ever take your "doubt" into a court case
with the IRS and "the" judge, you would likely find
yourself on the short end of having to pay up. Never
underestimate either.

As to how one obtains the correct answer, first you
have to ask a correct question.

The IRS would give you an answer they deem correct.

I mught come up with one I deem correct, but I wouldn't
really be asking the IRS their opinion about what is
correct, nor would I be giving them mine.

Making a demand would prove more fruitful.

What is wrong with the XVI Amendment.

4. The I.R.S. is not found in the organization Chapter of the Treasury department. Title 31 USC SubChapter 1,2.
5. The account set up for the collection of Taxes is at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. (Daily Treasury sheets. Title 27 sec. 250.11.
6. The Federal Reserve is a private Company. (Local business phone book in the white pages next to FEDX.
