1099 - Question

I was an independent contractor for like 8 months and made quite a bit of money. Now at the end of the year I think I am supposed to pay the government back, but after reading various reports and researching resources, I kinda think I am just not going to respond to their letter and just refrain from making an omission of guilt, like by contesting it. I'd like to find out how I administer the UCC and walk away. I read the UCC Connection and this is why I have a hint as to what I should do, kinda weary as to what I do, so here I am.

1099 - Question

[color=black][b]It is my OPINION that the UCC approach is unnecessary. I have been to seminars & have respect for those that apply it, but my suggestion is to file a declaration of domicile with your county recorder stipulating that you are not a United States Citizen, U.S Person, resident, individual, taxpayer, etc . . .

State where you were formerly domiciled & where you are domiciled now & put all zip codes & address #'s in [brackets]

It is my OPINION that it is o.k. to file the UCCFS for validating your diversity BY THE SoS.

The only thing I still wrestle with is the fact that, when filling out the UCC form, it forces you to admit that you are an "individual"

The result is that the DoC has the burden of proof in showing that you are subject to the corporate UNITED STATES and their phony statutes

Also, check out the mail strategy forum. Write Refused for Cause without prejudice & the current UCC code on it. write down the causes on the envelope & color copy it w/ the original postmark stamp visible.

Causes include diversity of citizenship, wrong jurisdiction, etc. . . The IRS is then forced to have to appear in person & hand deliver it.

The only catch is to learn how to challenge jurisdiction with any law enforcement that may show up & ask them the right questions without arguing.

If I was a homeowner, I would build a fence with a door around my house with a few vicious pitbulls, rip out my mailbox, eradicate the address#, and pick up my mail general delivery at the post office, and not even reveal the address to my Mom!

[color=black][b] About 99% of us on this sited including the vets share your sentiments. By the above quote, I am assuming & could be wrong, that you are looking for the silver bullet. Type the words "silver bullet" in the search bar on this site & you will see many wise admonishments regarding that.

Look up Domicile & then the word resident in your Black's. Type both the words in google & do a cross search.

For a sample of one for Florida, check it out HERE

You may have to copy & paste it, because it isn't formatted that well by the webmaster

After you have done your due diligence, you can then be very proud of yourself instead of me.

So?? Whether or not you have those documents makes no difference. They could never be considered a "contract" of any kind unless there has been full disclosure of the terms of such contract.

Check lawwork(s) yahoo group for some other info regarding taxes. If I remember correctly they had a 1st amendment win against the IRS.

I swear to all hell, I love this website and been reading all day, the thread with Akira and The Man and SJ, this is all very much a resource I want to follow. I totally appreciate your information, I'm in California, near San Francisco if it matters.

Anyone know anything about trust's. Like when a lawyer wants to get a hold of you to talk about a trust. For me: the trust is being handled by an attorney in NY. IS there anything I should know? Also does anyone know how to remove points on a drivers license? like too many speeding tickets within a 12 month period.

1099 - Question

Last time I went to the dentist, they asked me to sign a new "privacy statement." I read it carefully, and there was a part about them giving my dental records in cases of government security needs. (I have a copy of the actual form at home--forget the specific wording just now.) I asked the dentist's receptionist and the dentist himself why they are agreeing to give out my dental records in case of "national security" needs--as determined by whom? They didn't really know-- I don't think THEY had read it! They got annoyed with me for questioning it. The receptionist said, "If you won't sign it, we won't be able to call your home and remind you of appointments. And we won't be able to submit your claims to your insurance company." What BS. I still refused to sign. I have an appointment next month--we'll see if they call my home to remind me.

I don't see why Ashcroft should get my dental records unless they have been subpoenaed by a legitimate court.
