Stop Federal Witholding
What forms need to be filled out to stop federal witholding from your employer? Affadavits, et cetra, anyone have a copy of what needs to be sent and sealed to the revenue collectors? Once you stop federal witholding from your employer successfully, you no longer have to file a tax return either??????

The only way to stop Fed Withholding is to get a cash job, work for yourself, or correct/rebut/and-or challenge the U.S. Citizenship presumption and prove up your state nationality and then sue the pants off of your employer for discrimination. Sorry, wish i could say you can have your cake and eat it too and fill out some secret form.
Do not fall for the Cracking the Code info by Pete Hendrickson. It is sweet to the tongue, but burns your butt on the way out in the end.

Well, I may as well place this here as I can't say that it isn't the wrong place.
Is it just me or, does mystic one come across as fishing(trolling)?

I know you are fishing, you are asking qustions, but I should not have used the word trolling. I apologize to you for that.
I'm sorry for having used the word trolling in describing your questions.

You have to fill out their forms and fill in zeroes.
It's a glorified zero return approach which gets frivolous penalties (which i called 2 years ago). Once you don't pay the penalties, they come after your wages, car, liens, etc . . .
Protect your assets first before taking oon the IRS.
If you work for somebody who already has you in the system(SS#), you are screwed unless you can get them to pay the LLC; But you best know how to expense the LLC.
Take over any financing through an LLC and transfer any ownership of other things into a Massachusettes Business Trust

Weis, you make it sound like everyone who filed CTC returns got hit with frivolous penalties. That isn't true. It also isn't true that CTC returns are glorified zero returns. The problem with Schiff's approach is that he believes that the income tax only involves corporate profit and sent in conflicting information. He sent in a W-2 that was testimony that said he had earned a certain amount of "wages" then entered zero for "wages" on the return. That is frivolous, as it is defined in the code.
More on the frivolous topic here.
http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/It'sTimeToDemand.htm
The term "wages" has a specific definition and does not involve corporate profit.
http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/Misu...rateprofit.htm
CTC returns do not use a w-2 but instead attach a "wage" correction form 4852. The 4852 shows the corrected amount of USC 26 "wages" and other taxable income and is signed under penalty of perjury. The 1040 and 4852 do not conflict.
Readers of 'Cracking the Code- have already retained or taken back well over
$821,931.15
from the federal and state governments-- including Social Security and Medicare 'contributions'-- and kept it in their own pockets where it belongs, simply by knowing what the law actually says. These Americans have gotten back every penny they've paid or had withheld from them during the year as income taxes, and have secured written acknowledgements that they owed nothing-- many for several years in a row now.
YOU NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH, TOO!!
