Scott, Did you use it? Have you included the CRN? Did you require them to produce a Certified and verified copy of the Statute at Large which created a specific liability for federal income taxes imposed by Title 26, subtitle A of the Internal Revenue Code. And that Certification must conform to IRC 6056 (ie; signed under penalties of perjury) **Hint** there is no such Statute...perhaps this may help....

In reading Munson's thread, it looks like I could just make a hobby of preparing "Notice of No Responses, Dishonor, etc." Then publish it.

Heck, I am the editor of our local paper!!
