have been reading more in The Errant Soveriegn's Handbook... page 57 and 58 by Augustus Blackstone. Gus explores 3 point to confront the employer and the IRS.
The lady [who defeated the IRS in court] he mentions is Vivien Kellems mentioned on page 57, and davy kidd web link http://www.devvy.com/vivien_20001031.html on Mrs. Killems.

it gives strong points for attacking the employer and the IRS.

does anyone have the cites from the constitutionas per #1 and #2 the bonding?

Gus also has some excellent letters with these points.

is anyone familiar with these points of attack or has used them.... charlie sewell
