In my State if you dont have registration they impound your car. How do you suppose getting your Car released without registration?

Without Prejudice.
Sounds like you'd need to make a verified claim via USDC or otherwise.

Do you think making this will stop them from towing and impounding the car or will it help to release the car?

but the state...
ooo ok, it just clicked;

the state "had"!!! the manufactor's deed but the state destroys them;

and ownership is 9/10s of the law...

but the state still had its name and numbers and tags all over the car

so those have to be canceled and returned to the state

Usually the tow company puts a lean on the car. I need to get the company's interest out of the car. I need to get a lean removed from the car. After the lean is gone there is no lawful reason for the posession of the vehicle.

If they will not give it up because of no tags I might sue out in assumpsit.
