Question Mandatory AIDS test for drivers License
Texas State Senator Rodney Ellis of District 13 is trying to pass a bill that says if you renew your license you will have to show proof of a annual AIDS test. What does AIDS have to do with driving?????? Or could this be the prelude to, the demand of the population to get a chipped.
