Parking Tickets
What do I do to "document" my way out of a parking ticket for an expired meter or parking in a lot without a permit? This would be for a state college in MA. Since it is unceremoniously left of the windsheld, does this make it easier to fight since one does not sign it with an officer present? Thanks!

No, but you can contest it. Check the rules of parking ordinance in your state or cross it for "Refusal for Cause" in timely fashion.

You might do well to use the search feature and search for refused for cause , refusal for cause, libel of review.
