The government is only sovereign to the extent that people voluntarily relinquish their rights to that government through elected representation. As you noted, power is derived through and by the people's consent. Even with their consent, there are limits on what the government may lawfully do. Too bad in today's power grab the constitution is only given lip service by most politicians today.

You sound as if you support a reality called a democracy, mob rule and all.

As for responsibility, read my tag line.....

I have no problem with the MOB. Government yes, but I live in reality, so I "accept" it.

It comes down to this, kyou don't have a 'RIGHT TO DRIVE", plain and simple. Nobody has privided any case law since the feds gave the right to the states to govern the highways. And, nobody is going to because it doesn't exist. You can say "those cases don't matter", the hell they don't! That is how your case will be decided, on those cases, so you've already lost.

And another thing, I'm not one of these dead beats running around, trying to get out of student loans, cc paymenst, child support, taxes, ect.. I may not agree with some of it, but its there, you can touch it, you can feel it, that is REALITY. All the hair brained, stupid theories are just that, stupid. Get educated and it will become clearer, or keep reading BS off the internet, buy some books written by people who got thier ass kicked all over the place, and now sell you a book so they can pay thier debts off, it makes no never mind to me.
