U.S. citizens are treated like criminals in court because they are criminals. There are only three crimes in the constitution; counterfeiting, piracy and treason. Treason is pretty high on the list for punishment and yet through ignorance or apathy you do it daily without pausing to reflect. So just keep up with the administrative proceedure and see how it all turns out. I bet the judge has a little more history under his belt than you do.

My grandpa is 88 years old. He is a judge. I bet he more experience as a judge then anyone you can even look up. You are so stupid to assume that you some to "know the ways of a judge" when I am related to two and federal Bankruptcy trustee. We actually sit around and laugh at the theories I have been reading. You do not cease to become a US citizen because you swear an oath to the US.

Under the Expatriation Act you cease to be a U.S. citizen when you take an oath to a foreign state such as is California.

You might TRY to explain just why Alaska and Hawaii were shown as states in the IRS code prior to entrance into the union. After statehood these states were no longer listed as states. Why is that, Codee?

It is REALLY big over at quatloose. Attacking spelling. I had a four page argument over there explaining how stupid people who attack internet spelling are.

Oh yeah I must be dumb because I don't down load the spell check program. Spelling is no nlonger even a nessecary skill. It speaks volumes of the person who thinks its really important.

1) They are old as dirt.

2) They have no idea how easy it is to correct spelling WHEN IT MATTERS with a computer the size of a watch

3) They are using it in place of an actual attack on the merrits.

Who puts a bunch of latin in the mix? That is not in California... Which is the state I live in. So how about you at least share the state name this is applicable to.

Is that case law. Code? A book? Statutes of some state?

You really need to learn about law from a good source. The internet has not been your friend.
