Illinois all caps issues.
In reviewing the numerous Sui Juris threads, then attempting to exercise my sovereign rights, I came across a couple local procedural issues that seem to me as road blocks.
First, years ago, when I initially looked into the UCC filings process, the Illinois documents required the entity be expressed in 12pt. all caps. So, in essence, wouldn't that just be creating another corporate fiction or did anyonelse get around this.
Secondly, in my efforts to properly secure my rights to travel via automobile I went to my local district court to do the certificate of search. When I noticed her terminal had the search name appearing in all caps, I asked about it. Her explanation being that their computer program is case sensitive and it only searches by all caps. She claimed the terminal doesn't allow lower case entries in the search function. This will only do a corporate fiction search and mostly likely will appear in the all caps on the certificate of search, thus seeming to nullify its use for identification purposes. (misnomer)
How would one do a true name search? Also, I only have a single birth name, so my true name, even though, not of the ordinary type, most likely will pull up some unwanted documents. In theory, would my true name be inclusive of my chosen confirmation name? It has occassionally been used as an initial, in the past, appearing on the last driver's license I had.
