There is a clear presumption of guilt. Therefore the concept of innocent until proven guilty in a court of law is folk mythology at best.

everything done here is being done corrupt . the judge called the lack of jurisdiction forms repgent . hasnt answed ont he lack of corpus delti since we asked for continuance . the only thing said on that was the sate wasnt and ask the da was he correct and da answed yes . the judge said them that leave you mr edwards would you like to proceed then we ask for continuance cause he was skimming thru the papers . he then said he would take them home and read them cause there was alot . which is what i filed alot. the da signed my husbands name on thr papers when my husband refused to sign till they answed his questions . but it was hard cause everytime he started speaking the Da would ask the judge to make him be quiet . All he was told was criminal proceedings under common law and then told he could go and handed the next two court dates and the da signed his name . i couldnt beleave it . so here we go again back to court . it should have been dismissed when the cop didnt show but hubby wasnt allowed to finish speaking . He was appraoched by three cops as if being threatened of arrest if he didnt be quiet . He politlely turned to them and smiled and kept talking . that was when they set the motions hearing and the jury trial date ,

With all due respect, starr - a few housekeeping notes:
1.You should have started another thread, because your post is not relevant to this thread topic
2.You need to compose your thread in sentences with periods (.);and you need to seperate into paragraphs.
In other words, have no more than 3 or 4 sentences, then create a space, and group another 3 or 4 sentences
3.If you want any help at all from us, it is best that you list which state this happened and post links to their Rules of procedure (Civil, Criminal, & traffic) and their motor vehicle statutes
