How do we fight this kind of tyranny?

I guess we all need to get tasers and start running around performing citizens arrests on people with broken tail lights and drug problems.

"Give me the evidence I need for a conviction you or I'll fry you, you friggin crack head!"

That is the precident being set... compelled action or shock torture.

Maybe we can use this exciting new non-lethal technology on suspected dirty cops, lawyers, and politicians - just zap them until they give us a confession of their crimes in writing, signed and notorized.

Pretty bad when two big men are unable to arrest a woman without the use of electric shock. Their wives must beat them pretty bad for them to be that scared of women.

In Florida they use their new toy on kids too, I think it was a 6 or 7 years old boy a couple of months ago and also a teenager recently as well.

A corporate COP has no authority over men/women,unless another man/woman is requesting his assistance,based on a valid complain.

You can hear that all the time whenever you ask THEM to do something for you.

You have a natural right to defend yourself.

If you want to be treated like a sovereign,behave like one.

We only succeed in numbers!

"Howdy, Obie.
"Let me ask you: have you ever SEEN your Boss's Official Bond?
[probable response: Click ... whirrr ... strip!]
"Do you think he/she really has one on file?
"Are you aware that if he/she doesn't have a Official Bond on file,
you are not a real 'deputy'?
"Do you know the penalties for the crime of "impersonating a Peace
Officer?"

The point is not to avoid getting a ticket – or even to avoid
getting arrested. It is to clearly establish that the revenuer is breaking
the law and violating your rights.


If you never establish that you weren’t free to leave, then on the witness
stand the cop can say you were free to go at any time. Such would deflate
any suit for false arrest as it would’ve then been considered a consensual gathering.

At the point of arrest, you are entitled to a higher level of protection
than you are during a minor traffic interface. Read the Terry decision for
help in understanding.

If a simple question irritates the revenuer then you need the protection of probable cause and the higher level of duty of the revenuer anyway.

Besides, nobody said you had to be RUDE about it.

You want to leave nothing to discretion. You must KNOW you are under arrest which is established by evidence, part of which can be the demeanor of the revenuer.
