What to say to a police officer when "pulled over" for...
ok, thought i'd start this as ice provided impetus in my other thread about "what to do next time."
this thread is to be concerned with what one is to say to a police officer when pulled over for a variety of "moving offenses" (like, but not limited to, speeding, etc.).
both successful and non-successful stuff would be fine - just be sure to distinguish.

<font color=darkblue face=tahoma>One resource suggests the use of THIS NOTICE. When he asks for your license and registration you give him the notice and tear off the bottom part for your records and write his name, rank and badge # on it.

This appears to weaken, rather than strengthen a sovereign's position.
I would never claim any rights under the 14th amendment.

i agree with blacktruth, you think a judge or police officer cares about 14th amendment. see, if they were going by the LAW, all these little fine points we bring up in our paperwork would work, but it doesnt work because we have not been going after their individuaul equity (money, property). NOTHING is gonna work until we use our sovereign right to take their s... from them.

it seems no-one has any idea what to say to an officer who is attempting to contract with you after he/she pulls you over for some "moving violation?"
either, with few exceptions, nobody here gets pulled over, or, clearly nobody has any idea what to say...
ice, i'm sure you've got something to put in here!

I've got nothing - only way I've beaten traffic tickets is through the court.
