Does this sound kind of funny ?
Been over a year after I got my ticket almost been a year since I went to court .
My insurance has not gone up and I did not get a letter from the dmv telling me that I lost points on my DL .

I could not find the $$$ to goto a high court for review .
They refused my appeal without cost ..go figure
I thought I was SOL , but nothing has changed maybe it was all for show in the CR
Any ideas on this ?
