CPC includes human beings by being absent a definition in the code.

Unless context showing otherwise it is thought of Natural Person where a statute uses the term.

This is from the CT Penal Code

(1) "Person" means a human being, and, where appropriate, a public or private corporation, a limited liability company, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a government or a governmental instrumentality

And this is from the CT Motor Vehicle Code

(65) "Person" includes any individual, corporation, limited liability company, association, copartnership, company, firm, business trust or other aggregation of individuals but does not include the state or any political subdivision thereof, unless the context clearly states or requires;

Curious also, why are drug "offenses" listed under Consumer Protection?

You know, it just goes to show that states are foreign nations to one another by California allowing this. I haven't seen anything in the Texas Statutes that even suggests that this can be done. That's great in CA if you can do this. I think the National I.D. is suppose to work like a drivers license. Correct me if I'm wrong. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other because I'm not accepting that B/S anyway.
