The Flynn's Declaration of Standing is part of their docs on CD that the Flynn's sell. I obtained permission from the Flynn's to use their documents in my traffic default process. The Declaration of Standing I put together for traffic using the Flynn's DoS is considerably modified from that of the Flynns.
