I have got a modified version of that letter printed and ready to go, as well as a laminated card for my wallet with fulltitle's reply in that thread with my True Name listed.
I'm really trying to cover all bases here, with the letter to the Transport Minister AND the card for presenting to the Policy and Revenue Officers.
My question is, should the above mentioned letter be sent to the Minister for Transport via normal mail or will Registered Mail be an advantage in this situation?
