If they think they own the car let them pay for it and pay the insurance etc.

If ever in an accident ( I hope not) they should be named in any lawsuit. I have written to the State telling them I do not consent to hold them harmless for any incidents.

I suggest that is insufficient.

Also meaningless, the state does not own or have any interest in your car.

If the state has no interest in my car then how does the state have an interest in my motor vehicle?

If there is no interest in my motor vehicle then how does it claim power to regulate it?

If the state has no power to regulate even motor vehicles then how do the statutes withstand constitutional attack?

The state has an interest in neither.

Anything relating to motor vehicles is a privilege, justifying its regulation. On this the courts are clear.

The state has the power, but the people also have the unlimited right to contract.

Why, and under what authority, does the state have the power to regulate a motor vehicle but not a vehicle?

What is it about a motor vehicle that gives the state the power to regulate it?
