The license applies to the driver and the registration applies to the vehicle. If you drive in a registered motor vehicle you must have a license. If you drive in an unregistered vehicle the license is not necessary. Registration is the nexus not the license.

There is no swearing involved. It is an application not a mandate. It is assumed that you know what you are applying for. The fact that so many are ignorant is what they count on.

Based upon our founding documents, the rulings of the Supreme Court and the statutes themselves there is no other logical conclusion. Once the impossible has been ruled out, the truth remains.

So you cannot "travel" in your friends car that is registered?

I will point you to a series of videos on Google Video entitled "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" by a Robert Menard. He explains how the gov't tricks us into believeing we need to register our automobiles by calling them "motor vehicles". He states: "The Act says that a motor vehicle is a device upon which it moves itself upon the road, blah blah blah... Now, if I say that an apple is a round red fruit, are all round red fruits apples? No, there are cherries, pomegranates, etc etc. Get it now? They use the word "any" not "all". So 'any' means, 'any one' or 'another' automobile, not ALL automobiles! THis is how you attest to yours being a vehicle. They have given you the room to do so. It's crazy!!
