Traffic Ticket Question
My G/F got a "Uniform Traffic Ticket"
for "Vehicle Unattended"
It was in a different State.
Offense type "Traffic Infraction"
The weird thing is it states that "you are directed to appear 6/19/07"
On the back you can plead guilty and waive arraignment and agree to pay whatever the fine is imposed by the court (but doesnt say how much).
I have never seen a ticket like this. Anyone else?

Mark Stevens wrote an excellent book titled “Adventures in Legal Land” based on his experience dealing with traffic violations and other stuff.

this is my 1st jump in the fire and i put the following which is my twist:"This offer of contract is Refused For Cause (Fraud) Without Dishonor and Without Recourse to Me in Accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act and the Truth in Lending Act, and Regulation Z. Anyone responding must respond to me signed under the penalties of perjury and include a true certified copy of their Virginia Code 49.1 oath of office. All My Unalienable Rights Reserved Without Prejudice Virginia Code 8.1(a)-308 and 28 USC 1746(1). By: _____name___"
the interesting thing is i am out of town fopr another week and i have my friend watching around friday for a resend or letter from the prosecutor or court... my friend will overnight it tome and i will R4C again.

I read part of the article you posted a link to. If I understand right, this article is saying is that the U.S. Government uses birth certificates as registered securities for collateral to keep borrowing money from the FED? What if congress printed the money in the form of a non interest baring dollar? The strength of that dollar would be backed by the value of hard working Americans and the fruit of that labor would strengthen the American economy instead of lining the pockets of international corporate and banking fat cats!! What a gype.

addition to my original post #4 above
something i forgot to mention... i signed the ticket - top white copy - my autograph without prejudice virginia code 8.1(a)-308 and returned it to the officer and he asked if i was signing without prejudice and i said yes. he handed my the yellow copy folded and i took it and asked 2 questions about probable cause. when i opened my yellow copy it did not show my signature... he had folded they yellow so my signature would not show. i told him he tricked me and my signature did not show and he siad it didn't matter only his copy needed the signature and he walked away.
i reading over various posts i have saved and one by ezrhythm on 'tick-ets are bills of exchange' at :
http://www.suijuris.net/forum/articl...-exchange.html.
he pointed out some points that makes me questions my R4C on my yellow has any impact or instead negative reprecussion. i am not asking for legal advice as none of us are lawyers but exercising our unalienable right of free speech and the exchange of information.

I am not absolutely sure but I think it is a bad idea to use their code in your refusal to contract. In my mind that is a act of acceptance and a waiver of sovereign immunity. Why don't you just refuse it for misnomer?

use of the code
thanks for the input... i remeber codee saying to always refer as 'their' code... i put that as versus using ucc 1-308 which is federal and to show i knew remedy was provide for the people of virginia to hold oathed servants to the remedy... but i see your point as using 'all.. prejudice' says it....
perhaps you could expand 'Why don't you just refuse it for misnomer?" i have never seen a R4C for misnomer or else i am missing how you worded it, sorry... i am reading all i have saved and may be having a synaptic gaps over load... the officer did write my name in upper and lower case which surprised me... however all the boxes are different venue on the ticket and the title on the ticket is "CITY OF XXX" which is a different venue from me, a man upon the land, ... charlie sewell

Is that your name on the ticket? If not it is a misnomer.
Do a search on this forum, there has to be at least 1/2 dozen threads on R4C.
