Frivilous parking ticket: What do I do?

KaosTheory,

Yes, Griswold's UCC theory has been useful in a number of situations, but ultimately his theory is no good if you do not follow through with the commercial lien process that is mentioned in his NOTICE OF DEFAULT and INVOICE. I don't think Griswold has a clue how to do this himself, or if he does, he's not saying how. I'll say it again: His UCC-1 theory is useless if you don't know how to do a commercial lien, because most government agencies are ignoring it. What "good" is it if you cannot follow up with your threat in filing a commercial lien? ANSWER: NONE.

Frivilous parking ticket: What do I do?

San Diego, CA.

Why, what does that have to do with my situation? Do I need to dredge up a copy of my state Const., ?

Ensahbuhnuh-whateveryournameis;

I have no idea what that means/stands for, anyway.

So what do I do when I find a parking ticket on one of my vehicles? Spell it out for me.

Or what do I do if I see a tow truck driver getting ready to tow my car? Doesn't there have to be due process to deprive me of my property?

In my friend's case, he just picked up his car from impound for 300+ bucks. How can he fight to get his money back?

That would be a civil suit for damages as well as theft and a whole lot of violation of Rights kind of stuff.

If you don't file a claim then you don't have a claim.

But, you gotta remember that as the Plaintiff the burden is upon you to prove your claim.

Right. Cuz you know that BB or a Bankster doesn't have to prove his claim. They just do a little "play acting" with costumes and setting in order to make people feel like they had their fair shot at it. They never have to prove their claim. They just have to "know their lines" and do a little acting.

On the other hand, we must do more than "prove our claim" -- there are other obstacles that we must surmount as well.
