1. Check for the Oath of Office of the camera;
2. Check for the Oath of Office of those that are personally responsible for creating a ticket out of the information obtained from the camera;
3. Question the knowledge of the person that created the ticket regarding their knowledge of the electronics and methods the camera uses to determine when to snap a picture (use this to conclude that a glitch in the program/electronics of the camera may have caused the camera to snap at the wrong time and make them prove that it can't happen);

This plan of theirs will be defeated, if a trust, rather than you, owns the real property.

Further, a trust should own the conveyance, and could immediately sell the property to another trust upon being ticketed, just keep the same trustee [Certificate of title holder = Trustee.]

So, the Lexus that is owned by Privacy International, LLC, as Trustee can be immediately transferred to another trust by sale via 21 ounces of silver, and yet, the State will never know it.

Then, the matter of capacity comes into play: "Privacy International, LLC, as Trustee" [to which Privacy International, LLC would reply: "Trustee of what?"

Or, in the alternative, a substitute Trustee could be appointed.

This would really defeat the egghead giving out tickets.

I have more tricks, but, for the sake of Bernie/Shoonra, I am not posting them here openly...

Smile. It makes people wonder what you are up to...

This man fought a Red-Light Camera Ticket and won. It is an interesting and educating read.

I have succeeded in dismissing a red light camera case. It was on appeal, as the muni court judge didnt like what I was doing and railroaded me. It went to superior (county) court and they dismissed it almost immediately.

There is a thread on here about it in success stories i think.

If not i have the docs still, PM for email.
