This plan of theirs will be defeated, if a trust, rather than you, owns the real property.
Further, a trust should own the conveyance, and could immediately sell the property to another trust upon being ticketed, just keep the same trustee [Certificate of title holder = Trustee.]
So, the Lexus that is owned by Privacy International, LLC, as Trustee can be immediately transferred to another trust by sale via 21 ounces of silver, and yet, the State will never know it.
Then, the matter of capacity comes into play: "Privacy International, LLC, as Trustee" [to which Privacy International, LLC would reply: "Trustee of what?"
Or, in the alternative, a substitute Trustee could be appointed.
This would really defeat the egghead giving out tickets.
