People can write what they believe here and the rules make it so that you have to keep coming back in different handles - already about six or seven, right? - Simply because you like to make people feel inferior to you.

To the original poster:

In may states a warrant is not issued for traffic violations and fines. A number of states will simply file the default and place a hold on your license preventing it from being renewed. Then after TWO default non-paid violations they will suspend your license. Still no warrant however.

Let me explain something to you unknowing suspects, I don't care if its from the president, ITS A PRESENTMENT, get it? And yes the DOT presentment was R4C, it was in the carrier name (me) I also never received correspondants from the DOT after the fact, and the violations were in the drivers name, (my Husband) and those were also R4C, there is no blocks on the drivers's license as I said before it was checked, NOTHING is there to prevent a renewel of the thing. Is this clear enough for you?

No the driver was fined, and they were trying to get him to deliver me a presentment, to be, fined which never made it to me.

Now your getting the idea, but make up your mind WHO is the foreigner, us or them and who does the foreign charges belong to, certainly not I or the driver, no doubt in my mind, and thats all that really matters.

And don't think they won't transport a victim if they thought he owed $4000.00, thats a lot of FRNs to pass up.

Well David, he obviously doesn't do a good job of it, just look at the other thread where this clown tries to criticize another member about speeding and physics but doesn't even know basic physics himself, which is why he couldn't even figure out what the scientific formula for Distance (D=SxT) was! lol I think you should bust this guy as much as you can on all the stupid mistakes he makes because he really has a big head and this needs to be popped, which will hopefully bring this guy down a peg or two!
