r4c, for commercial vehicle, need help fast.

I have been reading the forums for a while now on using r4c, my question is: I have a commercial vehicle (tractor trailer) and really tired of all the fines the DOT drums up for us, I need some help real fast, we just recieved a bunch of fines today that total about $4000.00 and no way I am going to pay them, can the r4c be used for presentments on commercial vehicles? The fines are for not having the state he entered, on the apportioned plate, and a log book violation, I am apportioned for the state, but because I didn't pay the fee before he entered their state I am being fined. We have 72 hours from about 4 pm today to figure this out, or is there a better method than r4c to handle this situation.

David Merrill, I have read your posts on r4c, and am trying to understand them, can anyone help on this, please? If more information is needed I would be glad to provide it.

Thank-you in advance
Chris

Well , I will take a stab at this .

Driving = Commercial = licensed for the privilege of commercial gain on the highways .

Driving a rig gets you the privilege of paying the fines ,taxes , and fees .

They will get you for administrative BS .

If you search ...the laws for traveling and driving are posted here on the forum .

As for R4C I have not had the privilege of using it just yet.

The truck is your responsibility ..the log is the drivers . Been there done that .

Sorry ,but that is the best I can come up with.

It is never too late to learn how to properly R4C. However the process is best done timely according to the common law (72 hours according to the UCC for example).

But you might learn how to with a Libel of Review and it may help you prevent liens and when you have a judgment published in your favor, you might use it to clean up credit reports if the collectors say you have bad credit.

Pay particular attention to the example clerk instruction in the counterclaim to understand how this works as a product. And read the first paragraph of the explanation at the end several times too.

One of the many people already doing this (suitors) has refined the clerk instruction according to postal regulations with her local postal inspector (attached). Additionally, another suitor has refined the process - not so secure, but for a fraction of the price at the postal clerk.

Regards,

David Merrill.
