I don't think you are understanding the whole concept. If you are going to do that I recommend you go very far back in your codes and statutes and see what was really transpiring. It will take years if you are the first... even if you have shoes to walk in. developing the right paperwork takes lots of time.

It took me literally 5 minutes to research Texas law and counter argue with what I believe to be 100% correctness on all major points of your paper.

You really should spend lots of time before mailing that stuff off to the state.
