Overnight Parking tickets in Orange County, CA
Greetings:
My brother revealed to me that he has received two parking tickets recently. The most recent was 11-26-07 at 4:35AM.
"Notice of parking Violation - You must respond to this citation within 21 days of issuance"
I told him it was perhaps possible to file something or beat the rap. But in looking here for any posts as to any procedure to handle a parking ticket, I have not seen anything.
The one on the 26th was for $22 and the one on the 21st is for $36. My brother is cheap, and the prospect of paying $58 has him intrigued with the idea of getting out this, but I can find anything here to get him started. If the 72 hour thing still applies for these types of things he needs to act tomorrow, the 28th.
