No, I have 2 CARS, and the govt/state owns the MSO. So yes, I guess I rent the cars from the govt by applying for permits/license. Both of which are fraud-u-lent contracts since I entered them without agreement, unfairly, and I cannot sign away my rights.



So, course of action?

first, i'd say you'd have to win against the original parking ticket. then, you could move on the results of that bogus ticket as a damaged party...



that's about all i can offer on that. i haven't been there (yet) so i cannot say what i'd do exactly...

you'll have to call the officer as a witness to find out how she marked the car. if it was a dot or visible, non-moving mark, then there's no way she could have known if the car had been moved (or not)...

no worries, I'll figure it out. I've found some case law that has vindicated persons from unlawful seizures w/out due process. What else can I use to attack the ticket itself, aside from refusing the contract for fraud/no signature?
