No Diggity
Yup, I'm studying some of his stuff now and thamks for the download.
The "hearing" so called is next month & I just started this stuff today. I am in one of those situations to where I've already combined 2 methods & may wind up adding this into the mix---all in a speeding ticket. I don't know how much time I'll have cuz I'm sending the UCCFS tomorrow.

Go back into honor. Be a gentleman. Read Jean's stuff. It will blow your socks off!!!! He can probably help you with this issue very simply and keep you in an honorable position. You are fighting and arguing right now. (I say this gently) There is a more peaceable way to handle this and you will get the last laugh.

tickets
if a judge says it civil, then ask the judge if you would go to jail for not paying the ticket. hummm, now hes boxed in because if he says you going to jail, it has to be criminal. now, we are back to where is the complaint from the damaged party? a suspended license charge is even easier to get to the bottom to because in most states they will arrest you, plainly setting up your defense for where is the verified complaint from the damaged party. now, this is all arguing the case and can be considered a dishonor, but what you can do to keep it in honor is to accept for value the charge on the condition that the provide proof of claim from a damaged party. you stay in honor and kill the money issue AND the law issue at the same time.

Repeat After Me........
Everyone needs to REPEAT AFTER ME.......
EVERYTHING IS CIVIL, EVERYTHING IS IN ADMIRALTY/MARITIME LAW.
Keep repeating this until it clicks into gear. Everything is in the mirror. Everything is CIVIL. Criminal is CIVIL.
I have provided information or sources of information to support the fact that everything is CIVIL.
The keys lie in the UCC-1. Remain honorable. Stop Arguing. Stop trying to find the "LAW" We operate under statute. Everything is operating in Admiralty/Maritime Law. Until you understand this, you will continue to lose in court because they are not going to give you the game book or tell you the rules.
Look up Fiction of Law.............

exactly, everything is a fiction of law, thats why they ignore everything in court, the only thing thats going on is, did you pay the statute or not. if you havent discharged it in someway, they are gonna fry you.

The apparoach I intend on using, and it could change, is based on Marc Stevens, which is just asking questions & not making statements. In this way you do not argue because you are asking questions. I just don't know how much time i'll have between now & the 21st to have my UCC & trust acct set up, etc. . .

Good Morning Weis
It depends on what questions you are asking. Read the stuff sent to you. Do NOT go in there asking about venue/jurisdiction, whether you are flesh and blood. There are questions you can ask and get your SETTLEMENT AND CLOSURE.
You can do this!!!!

So far the only thing sent was the prison treatise.
I have no UCC on file yet, I am verifying mt original hospital address today to make sure that's the one in order to establish the STRAWMAN's address.
I have to wait for that to come back before I can file local & send the remainder to the SNOWMAN for the whole Fed Wire deal.
So as it stands now, regarding the UCC/A4V approach; I have no bond examples to tender, no line of questioning, no UCCFS, no strategy or sample docs/evidence that someone has tried this in a traffic situation.
I have an open mind towards this, the example of steps KGODD gave earlier , a basic basic basic understanding, but no hard copy stuff other than the prison treatise. Maybe I can work something out like that by 2/21, who knows.
