Won the battle, now what?
We're all aware of what can happen during a "routine" traffic stop:
(just to list a few)
-Your car can get towed;
-Your life can be threatened;
-You can be harassed;
-You can be arrested; or
-You can be detained for quite some time.
And at the end of all that drama, whatever may have occured, you're faced with charges that you have to deal with. And let's say each one of those happened, however, all charges got dismissed by the judge, i.e. you won the intellectual battle. And in consequence, you get your property back from the impound lot. However, we have been burdened by these events in various ways, e.g. liberties violated, freedoms violated, property siezed and so on. But, it doesn't seem like there is any penalty for their actions. They just continue on with their revenue scheme trying to trick us into their legal minefields as if nothing ever happened, i.e. same game, new day. So how do we remedy this? How do we affect their lives the same way they've affected ours? How do we show them that they're not above the law?

I received the red amendment and I would recommend it to everyone. On a side note, weishaupt1776, have you done this yourself yet? (the status correction). If so, what can I expect? I live in New York Republic

weishaupt1776: Do you have any advice to the ppl who are going this route (red amendment) or any success stories you could share?
Also I am currently 21 so I don't have much in my name but down the road I was wanting to invest in real estate. My question is after the status correction, what changes along the lines of loans/mortgages/lawyers/brokers and taxes (property tax - I think only residents of the State are liable)

There are two ways; Civil and criminal.
For civil, one would perform a Notary Protest, obtain a judgement FIRST, then file a lien.
For criminal, one would have charges filed and if the D.A. won't file the charges, you file charges against the D.A.

Are you implying that the DA is above the law?
Is the position of DA a public office?
Is the DA paid by the public to perform this job?
Does the DA have a duty to prosecute crime by oath or contract?
Is there another recourse or remedy available to the public if the DA fails to perform his/her job? A complaint with the civil service commission perhaps?
Who does the DA work for? Can charges be filed against his/her boss?
Has there never been a case where the DA has been removed from office or lawfully liened because of failure to perform his duties or even because of unlawful activities?
Is the legal profession able to police their own members (lawyers, judges, police)?
Do you ever get the impression you are simply a small fish swimming in a cesspool?
