Also Jean Keating, I read something about 2 years ago that he claims to have found the info. we are all looking for and was able to get a release for people in prison. But I could never find a way to contact him.

Violation of probation dockets go to different funds. Those couple of funds seem to do quite well.

I'm sorry I'm just dumbfounded I am still coming up with this case TRC-0603537 from year 2006 being a fidelity test fund am I doing something wrong? I have followed all the steps posted can someone please help me on this? I have done extensive research but still can't get past it being a test fund. I want to capture this fund somehow to release the body they are holding hostage.

In my experience some instruments just continually come up in that fund. Until I can locate someone inside Fidelity willing to do further research, this seems a dead issue. I have also seen a single situation where an instrument was in another fund and was later moved to a test fund.

Not sure what this is or what its for, maybe a temporary holding fund of some kind. WIll post back with more info if i get it..

Have you tried prison id's too? I read they work as well and have pointed to the same fund. Don't know anyone in prison at the moment so I can't test this.

As to your post.
There is also the possibility of tracks being covered and an effort to dump the listings into a generic fund for public consumption purposes. It could be the smoking gun so to speak. The paper trail. We know they profit off of court cases within the monetary system . We don't have proof positive of how that rubber meets the road. The paperwork that actually monetizes it. The private books if there are any. I don't know. it's speculation IMHO based on the current state of knowledge about court bonding and what have you.

Dr. Tom Clayton (of the Larken Rose camp) is still in jail. I may do some research on this when I get some time, but its not a priority right now. The simple solution is just stay out of their jurisdiction, control and courts.

using some IRS forms and made it simpler for her to
follow instructions on a script.
This time she did the same thing and let the
judge walk all over her. The new defender saw the Aff
I was going to send to the Bar exposing his treachery,
so he even tried to withdraw from the case but the
judge denied his motion. Then she went ahead and
scheduled a jury trial for June 3rd and finally in the
end Cecilia spoke up and said she had a statement to
read after i called on the Wildcats of Heaven. The
judge agreed and here is the message

she read to the judge:
"I told the court I don't accept any of your offers
so I have some IRS forms for you. I am also
appointing you fiduciary over my Estate. "
I watched as the judges face went white as a
sheet. Then Cecilia gave her an IRS Form 56 (Notice of Fiduciary Relationship) appointing her fiduciary over her case and taxes . She also gave her a W-9 (Request for Tax Identification) She then gave the same to the prosecuting attorney.

Afterwards Cecilia was flustered about the
outcome and I said not to worry. We went upstairs
and put some more papers into the case went home
and I called the court to set a evidence hearing before
the trial , so we could get rid of the case before the
trial.
I called only three hours later and the next
hearing was changed to a pre trial hearing! PTL!
Looks like the judge wants to end the case to me.
She is in serious trouble if she continues to move
ahead as she cannot try a case and be the fiduciary
at the same time for Cecilias Estate. The prosecutor
who will not give us his tax ID # , and therefore has
no claim,and since he is also fiduciary won't want to
proceed and will also move for dismissal. Finally they
both saw the light and are fleeing like ****roaches.

Really the courts have so many chinks in their
armour , with just a little a knowledge there are so
many ways to make them go away. Even with a
foreigner, who knows simple English only, and scared
half out of her mind..The power of the Keys knows no
defeat. Hallelujah

P.S. I now have enough technology to help just about
anyone in a criminal or civil case who is having
trouble with the courts. Well, I won't use it for real
crimes and criminals, but if you need some help with
any commercial crime, which is what they all
are--business and commerce I think I can help. Yes,
it is a do it yourself technique and lawyers are not
needed. Faith and a few IRS forms, and some guts is
about all you need for most problems with the fictional
Corporate Judicial system.
Would you let an armed security guard from
Wal-mart or any such corporation take you in shackles
to another like storefront , let's just say McDonalds, as
an example, and have one of their employees judge
you for some company policy you disobeyed? Well, of
course not since you don't even work for either
corporation! You would be outraged and rightly so, but
this is the sad state of the shadow government in
existance today in Corporate America.

Forgive me for my ignorance. All this is so new... Can the court make money on cash bond besides investing it on short term, until my court appearance?
