state Citizen passports

Do any of you have any experience with the passports for state Citizens, in general or specifially those sold by freedomnews.com? They claim that we can take them to our state secretary of state to get an apostille, making it valid under the Hague Convention. Anybody used one or heard of it?

sadie, are you a american citizen? if so, make up your own id or passport and get a apostille.

Following this procedure, will lawfully get you the results you desire, although it is somewhat lengthy and expensive.
