If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

I found a download titled "ABATEMENT" that deals with Traffic tickets. A Parking ticket is different....yes? No? Will that document serve for a parking ticket?

In california Tickets are civil. Once you are done with your administrative remedies you can sue in superior court for a trial de novo. At the trial the city attorney will have to show up to represent the municipality. This is funny because the DA doesn't even have to show up for an infraction or misdemeanor. Also in my town the city attorney lives two hours from court in another town. I love to pull her up here (actually she defaults all parking tickets to me and now I just oject administratively and I win throught the police department. I have also found my towns parking tickets to be in defect and have had a commisioner rule as such.
I can give you the writings on my case if you want them. Emai me at Codee@mail.com for the filings.
Good Luck
