Camera Tickets

Discovery motion under Cal Penal Code
section 1054 asking the prosecuting clerk for the machine code and
its translation pertaining to any computer operation in the camera
ticket machine.
Also, I would ask the clerk if she intends to be the one in
court prosecuting or if she will hand off the case to the judge.
Either way that could present a conflict of interest. I would move to
dismiss the case based on this conflict of interest. I wouls wait.
Nobody will answer. Then I would move to dismiss for failure to
prosecute/ failure to respond to my motion.
