He thinks, he is my attorney, but after I see some documentation or proof of the encounter to verify a few things, I can fire him/her anytime, for the record. Also, I thought there was some time limit they had to follow to get you in front of a magistrate, or is it just play as you go? I spent 68 hours there, because no prints given.

What state is this case in? Have you made formal requests for discovery? Filed a Demurrer and/or Abatement/Motion to Dismiss?

Discovery? Yeah Right. In Florida, they don't allow it in traffic cases other than looking at the cops radar detector equipment!

One word comes to my mind TREASON !!

I told court apptd. attorney I wanted proof the cop mirandized me, cause i remember, saying to myself, coming through the back door of the "hotel" No miranda, no miranda, that's why they kept shoving papers in my face. I know it goes nowhere when you tell a P.O., like I did when he asked me where's my license? I said I am not required to have one!!! Who requires it? Where does it state in any federal or state constitution that someday you get up in the morning and decide you are someones slave, you better go get a dam license!!! One of the biggest snow jobs perpetrated on us in this here US of A! I am ready to take a trip to the capitol and have them sign something for me stating I don't need that, I am not an "operator", a "person" or a "driver". I have never sat in a "vehicle". They, in this small town, are also tapping my phone as well. The P.O. put things in his report that could only have been heard from a few of my phone conversations. I wish I knew what i could do about that!!! I had requested a "motion for discovery" which had all the elements in it that would satisfy me to verify this, but tapes can be altered to fit the lying cops need to keep his job.

I mentioned treason in my Notice and Demand for discovery in both courts. I believe they heard me.
