Absolute Proof of Ownership [Missouri]

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Came across this info many moons ago and time after time I find it quite interesting. The response is from the Missouri govt.

"What documents are sufficient to prove lawful and absolute ownership? ANSWER: BILL OF SALE AND MSO."

and how do we get them to 'give ig up"?

How do we get the state or whoever, to give up that MSO, assuming they have it??

There arre two types of ownership.

Equitable and Legal.
EQUITABLE is when you have beneficial use of.
Legal is when you are in the position of trustee.

See word doc attachment for definition in Blacks Law dictionary 1891 1st edition

I have ywo MSO's in my posession which have not been turned over to the State as of yet. My intention is not to unless it is done by the next purchaser. One is for a jet ski, which is no gig deal. The other is for a Travel Trailer I purchased out of state. Decided to keep the MSO instead of titling it with the state. Saved the sales tax. Granted I do not tow it often but have not had a problem with it yet.

Regards,
Heli
