well a few months ago, went to the local dmv to renew alleged license to drive, filled the white card out, signed with just signature, when it came time for the pic and signature signed with all rights reserve, well the girl went to the back and got someone, asked why paper was signed this way and what does it mean, all that was said was that it was the way re-ality does it. They told him they could not give re-ality one, (should have said put that in writing and have it notarized so in the future if he ever got pulled over, they would see that the dmv said he could not have one) didn't think of it at the time. So a few townes over i went to that dmv, filled out the white card this time i signed all rights reserve on the card, gave it to the man he looked at me a lil funny then said alright, went up to the counter for pic and signature, did it, got it, good.
Well today re-ality was drivin down the road, all of a sudden a cop car is behind him. He pulls over, he rolls down both windows as so the man in blue can see in the car better, both hands on the wheele.
Man in blue: I stopped you cause of your tint to the immediate left and right, that's illegal, driver license, registration, insurance.
Proceeded to the glove box, took out insurance, registration....
Told the man in blue my wallet in my back pocket as not to be shot...
man in blue: ok
gave him everything
man in blue went to the car, he came back to the window
Man in blue: I'M GONNA GIVE YOU A WARNING CAUSE YOU MADE ME LAUGH, ALL RIGHTS RESERVE HUH?
smirked and noded yes
man in blue: make sure you take it off(the tint that is)
the end

DL,or whatever.
The point is:do <<you>> want a DL,or you are completely confused.
No matter how do you sign on the paper,or what rights you reserved,as long as you carry that DL with your name as "nom de guerre",YOU are under the
Corporate jurisdiction.
You gave consent through acceptance and use of the benefit.
Do you want to be a free and private man/woman,or do you want to be
a Corporate slave?
The choice is yours. It's not going to be free, you have to fight for it.
I always believed that GODS and IDOLS are fictions at Law!!!
Any form of belief starts from realty.

You realize that what you are saying is that they just altered your signature.
That is a crime to alter an instrument in a way that changes the agreement of the parties.
I would notify them of that, along with an opportunity to cure...

I went to the DMV yesterday, what a rush. I took my religious exemption affidavit that I had done basically stating that due to my "religion" I would not be using any SSN number in any records or documents due to my belief, and had it notarized, with two witnesses on it. They said they are not going to accept that. The two gals there said if you have a SSN number you have to reveal it to us. I said the issue here is not whether I actually have one or don't have one, it's that in order for me to have your DL, it's illegal, or unlawful for me to travel in this country without an SSN number now, right? The lady said "we're not going to get into that with you here!" They were on the phone to the state capital for quite awhile before they came back to me, shoving some papers in my face about a SSN #, I said I'm not signing your papers. I said, you as an organization, would rather see me thrown in jail time after time because I don't have your "permission" or your number to use to spy on me, right?, then I just left disgusted.

When My PERSON re-newed their DL, same digitial signature rountine, was told I could only put signature in the blank provided. Oh...Okay....got the lic. in the mail, took a black fine tip sharpie marker and wrote "without prejudice" over and touching the sig. If/when pulled over it's there! As far as altering a document or contract.....Perhaps if I were able to examine the ORIGINIAL, LAWFUL, BINDING CONTRACT [That doesn't exist]
I actually tried to sign the ticket "I do not cons(ent)" but the officer snapped it out of my hands and told me if I didn't sign it with just my sig. I was going to jail. Told him my lawful sig. was "W/o P" Jane M Doe, and that's the only way I'd sign it.
How can they tell you what your sig. is???
The UCC provides for such additions. Has the UCC been changed, repealed, amended??
Ask whatever agency what authority they have to change the rules?
We like the remedy that was provided, we use it, some don't, free will.
If the remedy wasn't in place they'd be commiting fraud? Yes/No??

I went to an interesting meeting a few days ago. There were several members (officers) of the Constitutional Rangers present. Some of them carry a badge on their chest that looks like a sheriff's badge. I got to the meeting late so I didn't get to hear everything. These people have this court thing and traffic stops together better than anyone I have seen so far to this day. As far as the travelling, I guess I was in the right direction when I voluntarily surrendered my license back last November. I was told to get the top part laminated, and type in "No Commercial Activity, None Required". Also get a "NO TRESPASSING" sign has to be posted on the car somewhere, along with a judicial notice posted as well. There is a way to talk to authorities that is not intimidating. The main speaker, no name, but was recounting a court appearance and relaying what he had said to the judge, the judge ran out of the courtroom, not knowing what to do when this guy blew him out of the water. I am hoping to get more info from these people as they seem to have the system down and able to hold any of these quislings accountable as they have no real authority over us. Don't go driving without a license without being prepared as most quislings think or believe you are part of the herd, don't know how to deal with someone who has uncovered the scam. We were told not to post bond if at all possible. I was told by another source to demand "just compensation" under the Fifth Amendment if I was to give fingerprints and a picture that are forwarded to Interpol from every police dept., which is an international organization,(and has immunity from lawsuits), and request a sum, $5-10K perhaps would be fair. Anyway, the DMV is using the excuse about the SSN, because of the "Welfare Reform Act" just passed recently, and made up their forms different because the "Federal Government" said they had to do that. The federal govt. is now acting as an authority to override the Constituition at the state agency level. States are probably in fear of not receiving funds from big daddy, eh?

I signed my lic with ucc-1-207
On the paper it show up very nicely
I was shocked (but not) to see when I received my lic, that it was made so small, you honestly cannot see it without using some kind of magnifying device.
When I questioned them about it, they simply said it was because it was digitial and that's the way it came out.
Bull, I say because my old sig was the same, same size on the paper...and, showed very well on my lic.
I honestly believe that they made it so it could not be read.

She asked me for some ID and I handed her an ID I made with my UCC FS number on it. It also had my name address height etc. Well they wouldn't accept it. Said I have to have three forms of ID examples work ID, a SSN, bank debit card. I said I don't have those and you already have my ssn and my driving record. Still they wouldn't do it. She said they cannot confirm my signature..."we don't have the equipment to verify your signature here." So as I started to leave she took the signed application, and I grabbed it from her and said "I'm not filling this out again!"
I believe that signed app she was trying to keep was going to be monitized. Why else wouldn't she just let me keep it?
I am only renewing it so I can cancell it. Just need to learn a little more before I do that.
