Public Records
Check out the these California Civil Codes:
(Information Practices Act)
1798.14. Each agency shall maintain in its records only personal
information which is relevant and necessary to accomplish a purpose
of the agency required or authorized by the California Constitution
or statute or mandated by the federal government.
1798.15. Each agency shall collect personal information to the
greatest extent practicable directly from the individual who is the
subject of the information rather than from another source.
What government agency does not have personal information about you? This is incredible stuff folks. What person in their right mind would directly send a government agency personal information about themselves?
I must have given them persmission to maintain personal information about myself by my signature on my driver's license or a tax form, because without a signature, they do not have my permission to maintain ANY information about myself.

Get a fishing license
I get fishing magazines on monthly basis. They have may name in some databases related to fishers. Reality check: I hate fishing! I also chek out a lot of books on Insects out of the library. Never open those books and roaches are not allowed to live in my home.
Have to use our imagination a little bit to confuse the stupid b....s. As Mr. Luna says, "if you can't hide, confuse them".

Since they are required to maintain only personal information, they should have no problem telling me whether the information being maintained on me is personal or non personal. Hmmm. I wonder if the ALL CAP NAME is personal or non personal. If it is personal, they should have no problem telling me that, because that's the only thing they are supposed to be maintaining. If they say that the ALL CAP NAME is non personal then they will have to delete that information, because the statute says only personal information.

Panicpass,
Dear friend,
1) No agency will publicly admit to the difference between the ALL CAPS and your True Name. They will always pretend there is no real difference.
2) Unfortunately, the statutes are of ornamental value for most courts. HENCE,
3) You got to study your "equity" alternatives. The "legal" ones are not to be taken at face value.
4) Hard job, I know. Example: I, Me, and Myself, learned the difference between equity and law last week. A long way to go(study), at least, for me. BUT,
5) The alternative is: SLAVERY UNTIL DEATH.

No, but I can request a copy of each and every valid document they are relying upon which proves that the entity JOHN HENRY DOE is in fact, personal information as required by the civil code. If they say that no documents exist, then they must delete that information from their records. They must know the difference between non personal and personal information, otherwise, like I said, there would be no reason for the civil code.

Long Time, No Post . .
Hey PANIC, I've been combing the Privacy Act Systems at the FED.
There has to be some name given to the System of Records in which "drivers" NAMES are maintained

That is fine, as long as the NAME given to the System of Records will not to be used against me, personally.
