Your Opinion, Please.

Hello to all,
I attached a PDF file - 6 pages - I would like to have your opinion on my creation.

My girlfriend's car - which I use. It makes it complex, since she says: "Just pay the $25.." I want to fight it... but I have to file by her name - she may agree. But first, the issue at hand.
I parked on the corner of the street by the complex, which is private property, so I know not where the boundry is. Registration has to do with "public" street by the California V.C 4000(a)
Regardless, during that weekend, the weather here was nasty! No ticket on the widshield. No registration sticker on the plate. I paid all fees, but failed the smog test - multiple times - and was in the process of reparing at high cost!
We got a letter stating we failed to pay the $25 penalty - and now it is $45. Same day, I got the tag and registration papers. I sent a copy of registration and explained the car was registered, as all the fees were paid
CVC 4000 (a) states in part "..unless it is registered and the appropriate fees have been paid under this code.." and I told them if they don't respond within 21 days I see case as closed.. The responded 30 days later, stating they denied my request and the fine is $25 (I guess since I did not see any ticket on windshield they reverted to $25) and suggested that I can ask for a hearing... I composed the attached letter (PDF attachmnet..) and I would like your opinions Please.

Many Thanks

Wink Confrontation

Dear Bengera,

You definetely sound like me, so my empathy for you and your cause is pretty strong. One can tell you put a lot of work, research, and effort to compose this letter. Have done that, being there.

In my case, these things have being a waste of time. They definetely point out their wrongs and our rights. But, at least in my case, the frontal or confrontational tone of these type of letters have been fruitless and I've been left frustrated and "ignored". In many instances, I've been able to stop the enemies. But just for the time being. They are waiting for my dismay or for the lost of my resources (whatever comes first).

Then, I found the wonderful suijuris.net and discovered the beauty of Jerseey's saying: "Never argue"..Truly, they love our conflicts. So they create them to be able to manipulate our conflicted lives. Courts and lawyers adore arguments and are very good at them. We should learn, then, how to fight without giving the appeareance of a fight. How to never argue, and yet, win without doing it. How to supress our anger for our own benefit.

My goal is to learn that difficult art of arguing in a superior and not evident position. "Take it or leave it", as the good masters say. I want to learn that and believe that attitude exists for a good reason, still to be revealed to me.

Just my feelings. Iam new and pretty ignorant in this obligated business of self-defense. I am sure our seasoned comrades will come to your(my) rescue with sound reasonings. (Smile)
