The site hasn't been working properly for quite some time. One way to post is to click on "Home" and then look at the list of current posts. On the far right it will say what catagory the post is under. Not all the catagories will be listed as it depends on what was most recently posted. Click on the catagory that you would like to make a post in then click on "New Thread" on the left.
