Double Jeporday?

Hello all,
First let me begin by saying thank you to everyone who ever posted a thought on Sui Juris. All of the information on this website has helped me and my family tremendously. I recently experienced had what I thought to be a small victory in court as I had some traveling tickets dismissed (lack of evidence or even a witness), I never missed one court date. I have recently learned that the charges have been refiled and I haven't been served a summons to appear in court. I have been unable to recieve mail as I was out of town at the time. The court sent a court apperance through certified mail but I never signed for anything until today to find out what it was. Then I recieve a piece of mail saying a warrant has been issued for my arrest in connection with the formally dismissed charges. These charges are from last year October. Can I be tried for Criminal traffic charges twice if they were dismissed with no evidence? I would also like to appear in the written form instead of going to court, as I am sick of going to court I went 5 times since this started last October (atleast once a month). All the judge did was reschedule it trying to give the Prosecuter more time to get their case together against me. Did I say there was no witness ( no Trooper ) not once. He even spelled his own name wrong on all the tickets issued at the time. Can I bill the Court for frivolous charges with no evidence? There has got to be a way to force these vultures off my carcass. I appreciate all thoughts ( not advice on the matter. May God keep us all as we attempt to find favor in his sight.
P.s. I would be happy to privately correspond with anyone for more details on the matter

they always do that. drag it out in hopes that you get sick of it and plea bargain. was it dismissed without prejudice? Then they have no jurisdiction. Are you sovereign? Use that angle. They're f****ing with you. Don't give in.

I believe in my heart I am Soveriegn. Proving it to the Judicial Tyrants is something I am not too familiar with (getting better though). I believe the case was dismissed with prejudice just for that specific purpose, so they could refile without my knowledge. I will not miss another court date to give those Tyrannts my fake money (what else will I have left to play the game with). The Judge is known for stickin it to people unjustly too. I want to get on with my life already what to do? what to do? :(
