Okay, so w/the NoD, do I
1. Write refused for cause on the RR receipt at the post office w/o opening the letter
2. Make a photocopy of it
3. Record the order to show cause at the county recorder
4.Bring a copy of that to the USDC and ask that they file it in the evidence repositrory
5. Take a copy of that w/both stamps on it and send it to the agency?
Should the order just simply say that the IRS needs to show territorial JD in my county??
And about that evidence repository
What If they look at me as if I was on crack?
Should I ask for that form you were talking about in another post?
I am getting the theory behind this, but am not too clear on the procedure or the content in the order to show cause
