Got my DL "renewal" slip asking me if I ama "legal""resident" / "U.S. Citizen", etc . . plus an offer to register w/selective service PLUS a voter's registration.
On top of that, a signature line w/ a certification that everything is true & correct.
Now in Chapter 322 of the Florida Code, there is only one ACT
called the Uniform Commercial Driver's license Act.
It only embraces that one subject matter.
Here are some possibilities:
A REFUSAL FOR CAUSE WITHOUT DISHONOR within 3 days of receipt of it, and/or
a DEMAND for DELEGATION of CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY, ask them some very POINTED questions and let them know that silence activates estoppel. Carmine v. Bowen and that silence is a fraud, where there is a legal or moral duty to speak, or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading. U.S. v. Tweel, and/or
Send them a NEGATIVELY AVERED SWORN STATEMENT informing them neither I or my private automobile are used in commerce on the public roads.
Any suggestions?
