Lightbulb Contract

Greetings and Blessing to all,
I have started this thread to discuss the notion of using the Contract (Driver's License) to remedy traffic (statutory) court situations. My thinking is as follows: Laws cannot compell perfomance they protect, Contracts Can compell performance. So if the first point is made to discuss the Original Contract (Drivers License) then perhaps we can avoid using common law mistakes in that arena. Everything done in this system is done by contract invisible or otherwise. Contracts have to be explained in full to be valid. Subject matter jurisdiction is had when ever a human being appears in front of a judge ( he is assumed to be the surety for the claim against him ). Let us not forget you can appear by writting. We should all have a template somewhere on Special apperance by writing for traffic (statutory) courts. You can then remain in honor with a paper trail and then deny all contracts and put the the burden of proof where it belongs on them not you. All thoughts on the matter are appreciated

I have written back and refused their contract offers, but that may not be what you are talking about.

They simply ignore this and send them off for collection once they default convict.....with no binding contract I might add.

Talking Riverside v Mclaughlin

Here is a little thoguht for all if you have 48 hours to spare. When stopped by officer DO NOT GIVE YOUR NAME or any other papers question his jurisdiction at most if you are bored. they will of course assume john doe and arrest you sit patiently and use Miranda until about the 49th hour have a friend serve your jailers with this case for your release. I was wondering in the movies while lawyers tell there clients to say nothing and they will get them released in 48 hours. this is the case they hit them with. I must admit I haven't figured out how to get the money back for taking personal property (auto) other than small claims court. Any thoughts?
