need advice with minor ticket

I know, I should have purchased all the books by now, I would probably know what I need to do. But I have a good reason for not actually doing that yet.

ANyway, I got pulled over today because I was driving my bug. I was only cited for a few minor things, but I want to reject the contract anyway, this would be my first time with that method.
Since its Friday, do I have 3 WORKdays to refuse the contract, or do I have to take care of it before Monday at 9:45? I would rather submit the refused ticket on monday, having to do it today would be a serious inconvenience.

When I asked the cop whether I could leave, or why I had to sign the ticket, he said plainly that I was under arrest. He also persisted in using the word "driving" in reference to using a car.

R4c

Refuse it for cause; but do not wait three days. I always say that if you make your decision to R4C, you have not made your decision until you have executed the papers.

You can open a case jacket at the nearest U.S. District Court for an evidence repository. That costs $39 or so. Then if the DA or whoever says you failed to appear, you can get a certified copy of the R4C:

United States District Court Registered mail # RA 028 XXX XXX US
for the District of Colorado
901 19th Street - A105
Denver, Colorado.

Dear clerk;

Please file this refusal for cause in the case jacket of Article III case 03-XXXX. This is evidence if this presenter claims I have obligations to perform or makes false claims against me in the future. A copy of this instruction has been sent with the original refusal for cause back to the presenter in a timely fashion.

Certificate of Mailing

My signature below expresses that I have mailed a copy of the presentment, refused for cause with the original clerk instruction to the district court and the original presentment, refused for cause in red ink and a copy of this clerk instruction has been mailed registered mail as indicated back to the presenter within a few days of presentment.

This is the clerk instruction used in conjunction with the Libel of Review ($250 filing fee). But you can get the gist. A copy of the clerk instruction would go to the chief of police with the returned (original) presentment. Use .90 stamps on all documents and have the clerk at the Post Office stamp them. This gives evidence you sent the same documentation to all parties. A cheap process server [over 18; not interested in the case].

This is the proper method of saying "No. Thank you." in international law. That is no guarantee the bench warrant will not be activated the next time you pull out your driver license and give a police officer evidence of your obligations as chattel - legal name. The Libel of Review introduces the man or woman by true name.

Regards,

David Merrill.

consider merril's advice in the sense that it comes from someone who doesn't even have a drivers license and spends his time putting around on an electric bicycle.

he doesn't know crap about anything, but spouts expertise about everything.

all his smarts couoldnt keep him out of jail when he tried to pass those bogus freeman checks, coult they David

Can you post facts to back up your claims, or are you just having a case of projectile vomiting?

Do you know crap about anything?

Waiting on your reply,

no need

Dear Henry;

No need for any defense.

Weasel has already decided to refuse to contract. From there if he cannot see any sense in the procedure I suggested then he has no business trying it.

As for HHand; he is simply from Quatloos here to cast aspersions. Now if there were nothing to international law and Refusal for Cause do you suppose he would really go through the trouble?

So believe me and I speak from experience. Your defending me is ineffective and unneeded.

Just today I noticed a pretty blonde watching me as I breezed through the gas station pumps. Then it hit me. With gasoline (inside line) going up .30 in the next two weeks or so, I may be getting more attractive instead of older.

So take it easy. I have no reputation to protect here. Suitors almost exclusively come by referral from other suitors. The things I say and the documentation I link speaks for itself. Do not let a Quatloos dreg ruin your afternoon.

Regards,

David Merrill.

Dear David,

I only asked him questions.

Keep your eyes on the road, not on the blondes...
