VOD for parking ticket?
Hello all,
Anybody have any thoughts on using a VOD similar to the one in the downloads section for a parking ticket? Once upon a time, I stumbled across one's rebutal that the vehicle is "unable to contract", which is rather cute, but would that be effective?
Thanks!

besides the fact that you dont sign a parkin ticket there is more cause on the ticket itself. take time to read the ticket for both what it says and doesnt say
unlike us ppl the courts can not use FRN's per the fed and state constitutinon where it states no state shall make anything but...that being true what is a traffic ticket? its only a presentment that fails to state a cause for which can be granted.

Yo, razor, your posts are most enlightening and a pleasure to read, but that sky blue font sucks -- give it up, bro

Akira's work should point you in the right direction:
Quote:
FAILURE TO JOIN
When in court, accused of a victumless crime [sic], what the soveriegn seeks, is to maintain his "failure to join" status. His goal is to circumvent the controversy, without engaging in the controversy, and to do this, there are a series of steps that must be established, and maintained.

Parking laws here are all local by laws
The local councils are not recognized by our constitution, and are just stupid corporations trying to pillage a phony debt
I am sure VOD or just conditionally accept with proof of claim,
I have tried the refused for failure to state a claim and it seemed to have worked

Refusal for cause within 72 hrs will do the trick too.
