Let's say only 10,000 Americans started doing this in busy metro areas.
Do you think they would lower gas prices?
This is actually an awesome way to frustrate them into doing it.
They can't deny the right to travel, and how many lawyers running over hor**** (I got to use that word again) every day would it take to get to the tipping point of frustration?
Horses and/or horse drawn carriages could be the catalyst for lower fuel prices.
