So if one is to use this and they still rec mail at the same location as the ticket states and receives mail down the road re the incident you would just "Refuse for Cause" that mail?

You said you were't at the address anymore when they sent you the correspondence. If we are at the same address and receive mail we would just refuse it?

It seems after you refused the mail you didn't hear from them again, is that correct?

It may look like your trick worked. But you may have a rude surprise waiting for you when you try to renew your license or car tags, or maybe the next time you're stopped by a traffic cop.
