Sj,Ice and mods et al...what do you think of this

I was being partly serious and partly kidding,i did not know that this was like a courtroom.As far as having nothing good to say i think there are many posts of that nature here so that message hasn't been received according to your interpetation.But having feet of clay i do apologize to you and whoever else may be offended.I do read mr beans comments because they usually come from a different view than most on the forum which is good.I 've have read numerous posts about him being thrown off the forum excertra(not something nice to say) i though he should stay because it muzzles free speech within the contest of debate.That being said Mr Razor i take offense to the term HORESBLEEP.I again apologize if i caused you to use such a word in this SJ forum. I just choose life and am going to smell the roses and not the horse bleeb like my offending post. I am serious about Judge Roy Bean though and a apology to any and all offended member.Mr Razor a my my God and savior richly bless you lesson learned. I will checjk any more feeble attempts at humor in th matrix.

I think the Luis Ewing piece i mentioned was about driving with both a expired and suspended license and not a suspended one.

its not a matter of offense at all its a matter of knowing when to play and when not to is all *trust me, im still learnin this one myself.* as to my name, its str8razor its a weapon, razor or raz to my firends or those im learing to be friends with...

as to JRB i didnt think of him till i read your post, but i want us all to be in the judges seat a few times to gain more insight.

Mr.Nutron i clocked you at 75 in a 55 mile zone...did you know your tail light is out sir? L/R/and insurance please...the only real info we need is A states rules of courtyou agree to use the rest is made up and agreed to as real. OR you can sue me in the challange forum...for intentional distress.

Right now im a little concerned about my current attempt at appealing.I already got 564 tied into it and may pay an addition 288 if the muni court gets cute and says i didn't meet their criteria.I knew it would come back to haunt me(no court reporter in a no record court) but another lesson learned.I have 2 future court days to prepare for and i am on this forum to learn and pass that knowledge to others and not duel with any one here either for blood, honor or money.One ticket can cost me my job so i have to fight them.
As far as your cusing goes its your right to say whatever you feel.I was trying to illustrate that faults easy to find and im not here for that if you are good luck in your persuits.I have enough enemies in the matrix and would like to dedicate my energies to them not anyone else here.

somebody here told me iorn sharpens iorn, its not about blood money or anything like that its about being sharper, being able to think on ones feet when your in there by yourself and your backs to the wall like you are now and if there is anything i can do, help with, or find for you just let me no. if its a traffic ticket lets talk remember juris can be called at anytime and now sounds like a damn good time to call it. if your tryin to denovo out of muni there is no record...let me check what im thinkin and ill get back to you asap on this.

If found guilty, i think you get 10 days for the appeal or ask for the time between conviction and sentencing, this is the only time you can file an arrest of judgment. If arrest of judgment is denied, the judge will ask you if there is anything else prior to sentencing (or words to that effect) this is the
time for allocution.

Notice of appeal and request for stay of execution pending appeal
(within 30 days) or what ever it is there...

check and see if there is a TAPED copy of the transcript as you no this is required for the appeal
